Many of the projects we get involved with require multiple stages either due to the scale of the project or because we’re working in live and operational environments. We are highly experienced at construction planning and programming to ensure that disruptions to our client's operations and business are kept to a bare minimum.

Projects will inevitably have their own unique challenges. We tackle this head-on and use our proactive, forward-thinking approach to effectively communicate, collaborate and creatively resolve issues before they arise. We strive to eliminate the element of surprise on projects by identifying issues early on, and we troubleshoot to explore all possible solutions.

We’ve undertaken projects with values ranging from $50,000 to $25,000,000, which have been procured and delivered under various forms of contracts. We have experience with various forms of procurement and contracts including; managing contractor agreements; construction management agreements; and construction contracts.

We genuinely believe in the power of collaboration and when it comes to ensuring delivery and quality assurance, we regularly partner with external consultants for peer reviews and audits which reinforces that our work and deliverables are of the highest standard.
