Bill has been involved in the construction industry for a period of approximately 20 years has gained his experience through a range of Education, Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Retail and Hospitality projects.

Over the course of his work life, he has successfully delivered projects in several capacities from Site Management, Design Management, Contract Management and Project administration, Logistics Management, and Project Management.

His strength lies in his detailed understanding of the construction cycle and buildability constraints, and is proactive in both identifying project risks and offering value for money solutions

His 20 years of experience across multiple construction sectors has resulted in the intimate knowledge of the development/construction relationship and also provides the baseline for a 360 degree understanding of the build process. He has a proven track record for working collaboratively with project stakeholders to deliver in accordance with and surpass expectations.
