Carlos currently holds the role of Quality Assurances & Policies Manager and oversees the successful implementation, monitoring and maintenance of the organisation’s accredited QSE Management Systems to its construction operations.

The acquisition of his expertise is owed to holding a diverse range of engineering and management positions which saw the delivery of multiple civil and building projects in both the private and public sector.

Under this role, Carlos’ main focus during project delivery is to ensure the stakeholder interfaces co-function with Avium’s systems of work in respect to all matters surrounding Quality, Safety and Environmental, and that procedures are adhered to and documented in its realization. The system’s maintenance for continual re-accreditation is Carlos’ major responsibility.
