Eliane has over 22 years of experience working in financial roles in the construction industry and has been with Avium since its inception. Eliane’s passionate work ethic translates into a high level of detail and precision in all financial matters.

Her expertise offers the team great assistance in all stages of project life-cycle and enhances the project delivery.

From 1998 to 2003 Eliane worked as a research scientist with James Hardie where she honed the sharp analytical skills she brings to her role
