Our Projects
From vision to execution, we shape spaces that are functional, engaging, and firmly rooted in place.

Education.
At the heart of Avium’s education projects is a belief in learning spaces that spark curiosity and connection. Each design adapts to the needs of students and educators, encouraging collaboration, creativity, and growth across disciplines. Achieving this balance calls for open dialogue, sustainable thinking, and a commitment to shaping environments that prepare communities for the future.
Restoration.
Our restoration work ensures a respect for places that hold memory, culture, and identity. From grand cathedrals and historic colleges to heritage residences and adaptive reuse projects, each project seeks to honour the past while carefully adapting spaces for contemporary use. This approach requires patience, collaboration, and a deep sensitivity to both history and future needs, ensuring heritage remains a living part of the community.
Residential.
Our residential projects reimagine the home as a living expression of the people within it. Each design responds to individual stories and daily rhythms, weaving together spaces that are both practical and poetic. With an eye for detail and a sensitivity to place, Avium creates homes that feel timeless, personal, and deeply connected to life.
Religious.
Avium’s religious projects are shaped through close collaboration with faith communities, ensuring each space reflects their values, traditions, and aspirations. Every design is crafted to support worship, gathering, and reflection, balancing timeless symbolism with contemporary needs. By listening deeply and working alongside congregations, Avium creates sacred environments that honour identity, foster connection, and endure for generations.
Commercial.
Avium approaches commercial projects as opportunities to design places where business and culture meet. Working closely with each client, we shape environments that embody their identity while empowering people to connect, create, and thrive. More than functional workplaces, these are dynamic settings that adapt to change, spark collaboration, and carry the imprint of the organisations they serve.
Infrastructure & Public Domain.
Avium approaches infrastructure and public domain projects as opportunities to shape spaces that people use, remember, and return to. Collaborating closely with clients, we create spaces that are accessible, resilient, and welcoming, supporting both movement and gathering. Our work includes notable projects such as the Martin Place Public Domain Works and the St Leo’s College External Areas & Public Domain, where we combined technical precision with a respect for place to deliver infrastructure that serves communities today and for generations to come.
