The NESA office building has undergone a refurbishment of Levels 3, 4 and 5. The project included a reconfiguration of portions of the floor plan layout, fresh paint, new furniture and updated carpeting to support upgraded facilities for both staff and executives. The works were deviled in stages to minimise disruption to the day to day operations of the office.

Key elements of the refurbishment included:
